Industrial Project Manager/Estimator

Professional Requirements

• Possess a robust history in industrial construction, specifically involving rigging, millwright services, and mechanical tasks within manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrate a minimum of five years of expertise in project management and calculating the necessary labor, man-hours, materials, and equipment for upcoming initiatives.
• Maintain a valid US driver’s license and provide proof of legal residency status.
• Provide reliable personal transportation for the initial 90-day assessment phase, after which a company vehicle and fuel card may be supplied.
• Show proficiency in computer software, including the Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Help maintain a safe and efficient site by being physically capable of walking construction areas and standing for entire shifts when necessary.
• Demonstrate flexibility by being available for regional or national travel to various job sites as project needs dictate.
• Foster a collaborative environment by working effectively with the existing leadership team and following established directives.
• Earn a starting annual salary between $90,000 and $100,000, with performance-based raises and a potential 5% commission on profitable sales volume surpassing $1.5 million.

• Secure new business through professional sales strategies while ensuring company profit margins remain protected.
• Submit all necessary documentation and data to the Office Manager to support financial reporting.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all sales and projects to provide a reliable history for financial partners and future clientele.
• Create sales growth projections that outline expected performance for periods ranging from one month to a full year.
• Prioritize business development to ensure a consistent pipeline of new project opportunities.
• Ensure all external communications, forms, and documentation are accurate and professional to safeguard the company from potential legal risks.
