We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Executive to lead one of our key facilities. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in steering the plant's operational, financial, and technical performance. Your expertise in Lean principles and team leadership will drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily plant operations, managing a large team and ensuring optimal productivity.
- Manage the facility's financial performance, including budget planning and capital expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental health, and safety regulations.
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean, Kaizen, and other methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess facility effectiveness and drive staff goal achievement.
- Advance the development of plant processes and future capabilities through strategic planning.
- Maintain the highest standards for employee and customer satisfaction.
**EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5-10 years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in various management roles with proven effectiveness.
- Solid understanding of the automotive industry and related systems.
- Proven track record of improving plant safety culture and performance.
- Experience leading and engaging a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in applying Lean Principles to problem-solving and process improvement.

- Supervisory experience, including leading cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ISO and TS Quality Management Systems.
- Strong business acumen in capital purchases, project management, and budget planning.
- Familiarity with strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
