We're hiring a Production Coordinator to support our field crews and project managers by keeping files current, coordinating admin tasks, and helping jobs move forward smoothly, from permits to procurement to scheduling.
Lyon Restoration has served the Bay Area for 15 years from our headquarters in Half Moon Bay. We specialize in disaster recovery, water damage, fire, mold, and environmental issues, handling both emergency mitigation and rebuild. The Production Coordinator is a key support role that helps keep projects and operations organized behind the scenes. You'll work closely with Project Managers and office leadership to manage documentation, coordinate scheduling, support procurement, and handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date job files and documentation
- Support Project Managers with administrative needs as they come up day-to-day
- Prepare and process change orders and related paperwork
- Assist with the procurement of materials and tracking deliveries as needed
- Help coordinate scheduling with subcontractors and internal crews
- Notify clients and stakeholders about schedules, next steps, and updates (as assigned)
- Support permit processing and general project coordination tasks
- Keep internal systems organized and ensure tasks move forward with urgency and accuracy
- 1 to 2 or more years of experience in an administrative/operations support role (construction/restoration experience is a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication skills, professional, clear, and service-minded
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and able to manage files, documents, and workflows efficiently
- Positive team-first attitude, you support others proactively and take ownership
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay Range: $26 to $32 per hour, depending on experience.
