Lyon Restoration is a family-run disaster restoration company serving the Bay Area with 24/7/365 emergency response. We're hiring a Project Manager for our Mitigation Division to lead water, mold, fire, and emergency service projects from first call through completion, owning the customer relationship, driving production, and coordinating crews to deliver high-quality outcomes fast.

Based in Half Moon Bay, Lyon Restoration has been serving the Bay Area for 15 years. As a Mitigation Project Manager, you'll be the point person for emergency services jobs, managing the job scope, leading field production, coordinating communication with customers and insurance contacts, and ensuring projects stay on track. This role requires someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly, and take full ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage mitigation projects such as water damage, mold remediation, and fire-related emergency services
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, adjusters, insurance partners, and internal teams
• Sell/authorize new work, assist with scoping, and help drive project approvals forward
• Coordinate and lead field crews, ensuring production is safe, compliant, and on schedule
• Oversee job progress, documentation, and clear communication from start to finish
• Produce/coordinate estimates and change orders as needed
• Track project milestones and ensure urgency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism in appearance, language, and job-site leadership
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in a Project Manager role (restoration, mitigation, construction, or similar project-based environment)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Strong communication skills, able to explain the scope, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned
• Confident leadership style with the ability to direct crews and make decisions quickly
• Strong organization and follow-through in a high-volume, high-urgency environment
• Comfort working with insurance processes/partners is a plus (but not required if you have strong transferable experience)
• Service-minded mindset: you take ownership and solve problems without passing the buck
  
  

Pay & Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Base Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 annually
• Bonus amounts are performance-based and not guaranteed.
• Benefits include: medical, dental, paid time off, vacation, and holidays.
