Lyon Restoration is a family owned Property Restoration company looking for a positive go-getter to manage their small but busy office.
Candidates must be well organized, have a professional demeanor and be adept at multi-tasking. We are looking for someone who can see the big picture and assist management in meeting their customer service and financial goals.
Required Experience, Traits, and Skills:
- Associates Degree of higher
- Highly organized, energetic, focused, and detail oriented
- Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a 'can do' attitude
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines
- Have good judgment, be trustworthy and reliable, and have excellent time management skills
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure company procedures and processes are followed by all company employees.
- Human Resources: onboard new employees; maintain employee files; track employee paperwork, benefits, PTO etc.; run bi-weekly payroll.
- Vendor Program Management: program compliance and renewals; track invoice submissions and follow up with appropriate parties for any billing disputes.
- Cost of Sale Tracking: work with estimators to ensure vendors costs are accounted for in final billing.
- Create and send new client contracts; change orders; completion certificates; and other job documents.
- Compliance: manage insurance requirements and renewals; manage city and state licensing renewals; manage employee training and certification.
- Oversee job file workflow. Act as a liaison between internal and external parties (customers, vendors, insurance reps, etc.)
- Office and customer support as required.
