We are a busy Property Restoration Contractor looking for looking for an articulate and service focused administrator to join our team!
Primary Duties Include:
- First point of contact for all new job inquiries and assignments.
- Schedule inspections and confirm appointments.
- Prepare and send new client contracts; change orders; completion certificates; and other job documents.
- Customer and vendor communication and coordination.
- Maintain customer files and communication logs.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external parties (customer, vendors, insurance reps, etc.).
- Order materials and supplies.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Able to multi-task and problem solve in an often fast paced work environment
- Have good judgment, be trustworthy and reliable, and have excellent time management skills
