The Day-to-Day:
- Pick, prepare, and pack orders accurately for shipment
- Create labels, packing slips, and shipment documentation using shipping software
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with team members to prioritize and meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding order status, delays, or issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and shipping software
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
- Adaptable and willing to take on new tasks as needed
Pay Rate:
- $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
