Senior Staff Controls Engineer – Test & Automation

What You'll Do:
- Design and deploy automation solutions integrating motion control actuators, motors, servo presses, sensors, gages, and SCADA systems.
- Lead development of electrical controls for custom machines and test systems — ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and reliability across global operations.
- Partner across business and functional teams to deliver high-impact manufacturing solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or related) plus 8 years in controls automation.
- Hands-on Allen Bradley PLC programming (Logix 5000, RS Linx).
- Experience with robotics (Fanuc, Epson, UR) and vision systems (Cognex, Keyence).
- Familiarity with HMIs, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PowerBI, and mistake-proofing principles.
- Strong communicator who can drive projects from concept to completion.
