We're looking for an experienced Project Manager (8 years) to lead and deliver complex hospitality, hotel, and gaming projects. Experience managing projects within the Architecture or Construction industries is ideal.
What You'll Do:
- Lead projects from concept through construction
- Manage teams, consultants, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee Revit production and construction documentation
- Serve as a key client contact and support business development
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to studio leadership
What We're Looking For:
- 8 years of Project Management experience within
- Certifications/Licenses: Architect, PMP, or CAPM preferred
- Experience managing hospitality, hotel, or casino projects is preferred
- Strong Budgeting, Scheduling, and Organizational skills with experience coordinating stakeholders
- Solid understanding of codes, construction, and delivery
