Owner's Rep Construction Manager

Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to support owner‑side construction management services for a large‑scale hyperscale data center project.

This role works closely with the client's senior project manager, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to help oversee and deliver a highly complex, mission‑critical facility. This is a highly visible project‑team position offering substantial opportunity for technical growth, leadership development, and career progression.

• Support design development, project budgeting, and cost management activities
• Review, verify, and approve vendor pay applications and supporting documentation
• Track quantities using timesheets, field data, and physical accounting methods
• Assist with reviewing monthly contractor billing and payment applications on behalf of the owner
• Lead recurring project coordination and progress meetings representing the owner
• Review, analyze, and evaluate contractor schedule updates and progress reports
• Maintain and oversee cost reports and monthly financial tracking
• Support the management of extra work billing, change orders, and claims under the direction of the Project Manager
• Manage and track design changes and the change‑management process
• Oversee the submittal and RFI process on behalf of the owner's team
• Promote and support a safe job site and work environment
  
  

• 8-10 years of experience in construction management, project engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong need for experience on mission‑critical, industrial, or process‑driven facilities, e.g. data centers
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and clearly communicate cost and revenue projections
• Working knowledge of local permitting and entitlement processes, with the ability to drive timelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand how individual responsibilities contribute to broader organizational and project goals
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and clients
• Demonstrated relationship‑building skills with peers, leaders, and project stakeholders
