- Build relationships with developers, owners, architects, engineers, brokers, and industry influencers.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities across targeted markets and regions.
- Expand market presence and create early engagement opportunities with prospective clients.
- Stay close to economic trends, development activity, and emerging growth sectors.
- Lead pursuit strategies alongside operations, project management, and marketing teams.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Travel as needed to support clients and project pursuits across the U.S.
- Proven success in construction business development, sales, or client development.
- Strong knowledge of the AEC industry and design-build project delivery.
- Ability to develop relationships that convert into project opportunities.
- Experience working with developers, owners, architects, engineers, contractors, or end users.
- Commercial mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Salary : $150,000 - $275,000
