Core Skills:
The ideal candidate will have experience litigating a broad range of multi-employer ERISA matters, possess experience representing Taft-Hartley trust funds, and be certified to practice in federal court. Strong writing and organizational skills are paramount to excel in this role, however the most important skill to thrive with the firm is communication. Candidates must be curious and vocal communicators with the ability to collaborate with peers and managers.
Responsibilities:
- Litigate Taft-Hartley and other ERISA matters
- Prepare and execute trial strategy in federal court
- Advise multi-employer organizations on litigation, investments, contracting, health care management or tax qualification
- Vigilantly track and ensure compliance to avoid and mitigate litigious matters
Qualifications:
- Barred in MD, DC, or VA
- 3 years of experience of multi-employer ERISA litigation
- Smart & sharp professional who can operate autonomously
- Good communicator with the ability to collaborate on work product
- Ambitious legal professional with desire to grow their career
Compensation & Benefits:
