What are the responsibilities and job description for the Land Development Project Manager position at Lumen Resources?
Responsibilities
- Support projects across due diligence, design, permitting, and construction phases
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and municipalities
- Assist with site evaluation, budgeting, and scheduling
- Help manage entitlement and permitting processes
- Support bid processes and contractor selection
- Monitor project progress through site visits and meetings
- Track project costs and review invoices
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in land or real estate development, civil engineering, or related field
- Experience supporting residential development projects
- Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel locally to job sites
