Key Responsibilities:
- Manage land development projects from concept through completion
- Oversee permitting, entitlements, and regulatory approvals
- Track budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and internal teams
- Assist with construction oversight and issue resolution
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of land development experience in homebuilding or civil/site development
