We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented VP of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of a complex enterprise SaaS platform. This is a high-impact leadership role within a global software company operating in a regulated industry, offering the opportunity to shape the next generation of products while driving measurable commercial outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for a builder, someone who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels, lead senior product teams, and partner closely with engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver results at scale.
Responsabiliites
- Own and unify the end-to-end product strategy across a multi-product portfolio, defining a multi-year roadmap that balances platform modernization with new capability development
- Lead and align a team of senior product managers, enabling autonomy while ensuring strategic cohesion and high-quality execution
- Partner closely with engineering leadership on architectural direction, ensuring product and technology decisions are aligned and scalable
- Establish a scalable product operating model, including prioritization frameworks, governance, and cross-functional alignment mechanisms
- Own product contribution to revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion — with direct accountability for business results
- Serve as an executive voice of the customer, engaging directly with key accounts, prospects, and industry stakeholders to shape product direction
- Embed AI capabilities into products and internal processes, driving innovation, efficiency, and competitive differentiation
Requirements
- Proven track record in building and scaling enterprise SaaS products, including platform modernization or transformation initiatives
- Strong background in technology, fintech, or other complex, regulated enterprise environments
- Experience leading multi-product or platform-based organizations with distributed ownership across senior product teams
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including pricing, packaging, and recurring revenue dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills with strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment with a strong bias toward action, ownership, and results
