We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join us part-time and keep our clients' office running smoothly. This is a hands-on, on-site role, 4 days a week, that blends office coordination with employee experience.


SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

This is a part-time, hourly (non-exempt) position at 20 hours per week, scheduled across five days. No benefits package is included, but you will have access to paid time off and fixed company holidays


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming office spaces across multiple offices
  • Own vendor relationships, supply ordering, mail and package management, and day-to-day facilities needs.
  • Partner with HR on new hire readiness and contribute to team events and office engagement moments.
  • Provide light administrative support to local leaders, scheduling, meeting setup, expense routing, and follow-through.
  • Build simple checklists and routines to keep operations consistent and reliable across both offices.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a part-time schedule.
  • Experience coordinating vendors and working with building management.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or similar tools; comfortable picking up new platforms quickly.
  • Self-directed, professional, and reliable, someone who follows through without needing to be reminded.
