Job Description
Lead and oversee resource management to ensure optimal allocation and utilization across multiple projects Manage stakeholder relationships to align project objectives with business goals and facilitate clear communication Develop implement and monitor comprehensive project plans including scheduling and risk mitigation strategies Establish and enforce project governance frameworks to maintain compliance with organizational policies and standards Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decisionmaking Foster a culture of accountability excellence and highquality deliverables within project teams
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders facilitating proactive communication and timely issue resolution Lead resource planning and scheduling efforts to maximize efficiency and meet project timelines Implement and maintain robust project governance processes ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards Identify escalate and manage project risks and issues in coordination with leadership Guide and mentor project managers and team members to align with organizational best practices and methodologies Drive stakeholder engagement strategies to maintain alignment and satisfaction throughout project lifecycles Ensure continuous improvement in project management processes and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing
