Role Summary: Develop, customize, and support Epicor ERP solutions for manufacturing and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Epicor ERP applications and related business process enhancements.
  • Build, test, document, and maintain ERP customizations, workflows, reports, and queries.
  • Manage assigned tasks and tickets, including issue triage and resolution.
  • Troubleshoot system and application problems and implement corrective fixes.
  • Provide end-user training on Epicor technical tools and support adoption of changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Epicor ERP development and customization.
  • Ability to design, implement, and validate business process management enhancements.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports and queries.
  • Solid debugging/troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear documentation skills and capability to train and communicate effectively with users.
