🚀 What You’ll Do

• Advise decision-makers on critical workplace issues—from wage & hour compliance to employee classification and DEI strategy
• Take the lead in litigation: handle employment disputes, hearings, arbitrations, and agency matters
• Draft like a pro: pleadings, motions, policies, contracts, and high-stakes advisory memos
• Guide clients through risk: audits, investigations, and evolving regulatory landscapes
• Solve real problems: harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
• Partner with senior attorneys to craft winning legal strategies—and have your voice heard
• Shape workplace culture by contributing to meaningful diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives

🎯 What Sets You Apart

• 3–6 years of hands-on labor & employment experience (litigation counseling)
• Strong command of key laws: FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and related regulations
• A sharp legal mind with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Confidence in managing multiple matters without sacrificing quality
• A collaborative, solutions-driven approach with strong client instincts
• A genuine commitment to inclusive, forward-thinking workplaces
