- Advise decision-makers on critical workplace issues—from wage & hour compliance to employee classification and DEI strategy
- Take the lead in litigation: handle employment disputes, hearings, arbitrations, and agency matters
- Draft like a pro: pleadings, motions, policies, contracts, and high-stakes advisory memos
- Guide clients through risk: audits, investigations, and evolving regulatory landscapes
- Solve real problems: harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
- Partner with senior attorneys to craft winning legal strategies—and have your voice heard
- Shape workplace culture by contributing to meaningful diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives

- 3–6 years of hands-on labor & employment experience (litigation counseling)
- Strong command of key laws: FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and related regulations
