✔ J.D.
✔ Strong experience handling mergers and acquisitions transactions
✔ Solid understanding of corporate law and market deal terms
✔ Experience drafting transaction documents and supporting deal execution
✔ A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage matters independently
The role:
⚖ Advise corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other strategic transactions
