I’m currently working with a leading law firm seeking a Corporate Private Equity Associate to join its growing team in Houston.

This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate associate with private equity experience who wants to work on high-value transactions for leading PE sponsors and corporate clients, while gaining significant responsibility and client exposure.

What they’re looking for:

✔ J.D.

✔ Strong experience in private equity and corporate transactions

✔ Solid understanding of corporate law and market deal terms

✔ Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents

✔ Ability to manage deals from inception through closing

✔ A proactive, business-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of matters

The role:

⚖ Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
