I’m currently working with a leading law firm seeking a Corporate M&A / Private Equity Associate to join its team in Los Angeles.

This is a strong opportunity for a corporate associate who wants to work on high-value M&A and private equity transactions, while gaining meaningful responsibility, autonomy, and direct client exposure.

What they’re looking for:

✔ J.D.

✔ Significant experience handling M&A and private equity transactions

✔ Strong understanding of corporate law and market deal terms

✔ Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents

✔ Ability to manage deals from inception through closing

✔ A driven, business-minded approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of matters

The role:

⚖ Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other strategic transactions

🤝 Direct client interaction and involvement in deal execution

📈 Exposure to complex, high-value transactions
