Labor And Employment Attorney

Our client is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its growing practice in Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to represent and advise employers across a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation, administrative proceedings, workplace investigations, and day to day compliance counseling. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation skills, practical business judgment, and the ability to partner closely with clients to manage risk and resolve complex employment issues.

es• Defend employers in employment related litigation and administrative proceedings involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and related clai

ms• Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including matters related to hiring, discipline, leave, accommodations, and terminati

on• Conduct and advise on workplace investigations and prepare investigative findings and recommendatio

ns• Draft, review, and revise employment related documents, including employee handbooks, workplace policies, employment agreements, and separation agreemen

ts• Represent clients before courts and administrative agencies, including the EEOC, DOL, and state labor agenci

es• Provide practical, business focused legal counsel to employers across a variety of industri

es• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining a high level of client service and responsivene

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law sc

hool• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Ind
