Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate heavy civil construction projects based in Oakmont, PA. This full-time, on-site role involves managing all aspects of project execution—from planning and logistics to inspections and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader capable of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day construction project activities.
- Manage project logistics, material flow, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee site inspections and maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout all phases of the project.
- Ensure clear, proactive, and consistent communication across all project participants.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the heavy civil construction industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics management and hands-on experience with expediting processes.
- Familiarity with inspection procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
