- Conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and handle motion practice
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal motions
- Maintain regular communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership and legal support staff
Requirement:
- Licensed to practice in New York State
- Required experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law
- Strong legal writing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
