Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of surveying experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. This role requires expertise in land surveying, construction layout, and precision measurements to support various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys and construction staking to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilize surveying instruments and software to collect and analyze data.
- Interpret and verify engineering drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Establish elevation points, boundary lines, and reference markers for construction crews.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate survey records and reports.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction surveying.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Leica surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, levels, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of construction plans, grading, and site layouts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
