Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Manager to lead content strategy, distribution, and conversion across digital channels for WowNow in the U.S.


This role is not just about managing social media — it is about owning user growth through content, creators, and storytelling.


You will define what we say, where we say it, and how it drives users to experience WowNow — from online engagement to real-world interactions.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Strategy & Planning (What to Say)
  • Define content strategy aligned with brand positioning and U.S. audience behavior
  • Develop weekly and monthly content plans across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Translate product, IP partnerships, and real-world experiences into compelling content narratives
  • Identify key content pillars (emotional storytelling, user moments, IP collaborations, product education)


  1. Channel & Distribution (Where to Say It)
  • Own and manage all social media channels (IG, TikTok, etc.)
  • Build and manage creator/KOL network for content amplification
  • Plan and execute content distribution strategies (organic paid support if needed)
  • Continuously explore new channels and growth opportunities


  1. Growth & Conversion (Why It Matters)
  • Design content funnels that drive:
  • awareness → interest → action (place order / visit location)
  • Optimize content and campaigns for real-world conversion (not just engagement)
  • Collaborate with IP and Event teams to turn campaigns and activations into growth drivers


  1. Data & Optimization (What Works)
  • Track performance across content, channels, and campaigns
  • Identify patterns in high-performing content and iterate quickly
  • Use insights to refine strategy, messaging, and channel focus


  1. Cross-functional Collaboration (Make It Happen)
  • Work closely with:
  • Visual / Multimedia Designer (execution of content assets)
  • IP & Partnership Manager (co-branded campaigns and storytelling)
  • Event & Experience Specialist (turn offline activations into scalable content)
  • Provide clear creative briefs and direction to ensure high-quality output
  • Align with HQ branding while adapting for U.S. audience relevance


  1. Brand Website as a Growth Channel
  • Oversee ongoing content updates for the U.S. brand website
  • Ensure alignment between social content and website messaging
  • Use the website as a conversion and education channel (traffic → action)


What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • 3–6 years in social media, content, or growth marketing
  • Strong understanding of U.S. consumer behavior and content trends
  • Proven ability to turn content into measurable growth
  • Experience working with creators / influencers (KOLs)
  • Ability to think strategically and execute through others (not just hands-on posting)
  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience psychology


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with consumer brands, retail, or experiential products
  • Familiarity with TikTok/IG short-form video trends and formats
  • Experience with IP collaborations, brand partnerships, or campaigns
  • Basic understanding of paid media amplification

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
