What You’ll Be Accountable For
You will own the warehouse end to end, including:
Overseeing daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory, fulfillment, kitting, and deliveries)
Managing inventory accuracy, locations, labeling, and organization
Leading fulfillment and project-based kitting work
Preparing daily delivery routes and ensuring drivers are set up for success
Coordinating temporary labor when demand spikes
Monitoring turnaround times, accuracy, and workflow efficiency
Using inventory and shipping software to track everything—no guessing
