Role Overview
We are seeking a Volunteer Paid Ads & Growth Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and TikTok.
This role will focus on increasing awareness, driving traffic, and growing our waitlists and user base across programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok
- Develop targeting strategies for different audiences (families, reentry support, community partners, etc.)
- Create and test ad campaigns to drive traffic and signups
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on results
- Track key metrics (click-through rate, conversions, cost per lead, etc.)
- Collaborate with the team on messaging, landing pages, and campaigns
- Recommend improvements based on performance data
- Experience running paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking
- Experience with nonprofit or social impact campaigns (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Results-driven mindset
- Ability to test, learn, and optimize quickly
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms
