Responsibilities:
Manage complex interview scheduling and candidate logistics across multiple time zones
Act as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience
Maintain accurate candidate data and track pipeline activity within the firm’s ATS system
Support offer coordination and onboarding processes
Provide administrative and operational support to the broader recruiting team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
1 years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination or a similar support function
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a professional, polished demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS platforms
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Compensation: Up to $120K base salary discretionary bonus comprehensive benefits
