Our client is a $7bn Private Equity firm investing across sectors. They are looking to hire a VP of Transformations to focus on operational improvements, M&A, and driving significant value creation in their portfolio companies. As they scale their investments, they are seeking a high-impact, execution-focused consultant to drive operational initiatives and execute strategic value creation plans.
Responsibilities
The position of VP of Transformations will work directly with CEOs of portfolio companies to implement and execute value creation plans, ensuring operational and financial improvements while being a key liaison between management and the private equity sponsor.
- Project Management: Lead key operational and financial projects such as post-merger integrations, cost-out programs, and process improvements.
- Analysis & Strategy: Conduct deep-dive analysis on operations, financials, and market positioning to identify opportunities for value creation.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a bridge between the PE firm and portfolio company management, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Operational Execution: Collaborate with operations teams, finance, and leadership to drive measurable improvements.
- Regular Reporting: Provide weekly updates to the PE sponsor on progress, challenges, and key metrics.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience including operational private equity experience
- Experience at a portfolio company
- Experience with M&A, post-merger integration, and operational cost reduction programs.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to work with senior management teams and drive execution.
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
