What's the Job?
As the new VP, Financial Reporting Data Operations, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Data Operations. You will be responsible for a new initiative to consolidate financial reporting across both internal and external sources to create uniformity and scalability for the firm. This will include modernizing their processes, building out reporting delivery, and creating data pipelines that feed this data.
This is an individual contributor role where you will be working with teams across the firm as well as creating reports and interacting with senior stakeholders. You will be using SQL, Snowflake, and PowerBI on a daily basis.
You will bring your deep finance reporting expertise, ideally within private equity or asset management, to this role.
This is an on-site position 5 days a week in their Manhattan office.
What Skills Do You Need?
• Strong SQL experience.
• Experience with Snowflake (or equivalent cloud data warehouse).
• Experience with PowerBI (or equivalent such as Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills and interest in interacting with stakeholders.
• You ideally have a background and knowledge of financial data, audit, or M&A.
