Our client, a leading NYC-based Proprietary Trading firm, is looking to build out their recruitment team with a junior coordinator who can grow into a more dedicated talent acquisition role.
Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for internal development programs, including calendars, participant tracking, materials preparation, and session coordination
- Act as an on-site or live point of contact for participants, ensuring programs run smoothly and issues are addressed promptly
- Track participation, outcomes, and feedback with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through; summarize insights and improvement opportunities
- Respond to employee questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders as needed
- Support broader people development projects and cross-functional initiatives on an ongoing basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, with roughly 1–2 years in a coordination, operations, or project-based role
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Curious about processes and motivated to improve how programs are delivered
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including experience working with data or metrics
- Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to think strategically while maintaining ownership of day-to-day execution
- Professional, positive, and collaborative approach
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
