Our client, a fast-growing wealth management firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a high-performing recruiting function.
Location: New York, NY (Midtown)
Hours: Full-time
Office Policy: Hybrid
Compensation: $25-35 /hour DOE, temp-to-perm
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones, including complex executive-level scheduling
- Manage candidate logistics end-to-end, including booking travel and ensuring a seamless interview experience
- Track, reconcile, and process invoices from external search firms and recruiting vendors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient interview processes and timely communication
- Support background check coordination as trust and scope increase
- Handle sensitive candidate and company information with the highest level of confidentiality
Ideal Background
- 1–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or executive support
- Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Executive Assistant supporting a high-volume, fast-paced team
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and high-pressure situations with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
- Comfortable working occasional hours outside of standard business hours as needed
