Job Title: IT Project Manager (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)
Compensation: $70/hour (W2) during contract → conversion up to $135,000 base benefits
We are seeking a well-rounded IT Project Manager to join a growing technology team supporting a complex, enterprise environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering strong long-term potential, with the ability to convert to a full-time role based on performance.
This individual will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of enterprise IT and business systems projects, working closely with stakeholders across legal, operations, and administrative teams to deliver high-impact technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle project management across multiple concurrent IT initiatives, from planning through execution and delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Drive execution of projects involving enterprise applications, infrastructure upgrades, and business systems modernization
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication across cross-functional teams
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
- Ensure successful adoption of new systems through coordination of testing, training, and rollout strategies
Project Environment
This role will support a variety of impactful initiatives, including:
- Replacement and modernization of core financial systems, such as e-billing platforms, improving efficiency and reporting capabilities
- Development of custom ServiceNow workflows to streamline internal processes across departments
- Enhancements to legal operations systems, including conflict management and docketing tools
- Enterprise-wide upgrades to collaboration technologies, including conference room systems supporting hoteling and flexible office usage
- Future initiatives around document management system upgrades and optimization
- Ongoing infrastructure transformation, including migration efforts to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in enterprise environments
- Proven experience managing multiple, cross-functional IT projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, or business applications projects
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, document management systems, or cloud platforms (Azure preferred) is a plus
- Experience in legal, professional services, or similarly complex environments is highly desirable
