Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Manage and develop a team (3–4 direct reports) across accounting functions
- Partner with operations to support cost tracking, profitability analysis, and forecasting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, billing cycles, and collections activity
- Ensure strong internal controls, processes, and reporting accuracy
- Provide financial insights and reporting to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Prior leadership experience or a Senior-level candidate ready to step into a Controller role
- Strong foundation in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Experience in a project-based, operational, or cost-driven environment is a plus
- Analytical, hands-on, and comfortable working cross-functionally
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
