We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation design and administration for a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone experienced with data-driven compensation programs, job benchmarking, and incentive plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support base compensation, job grading, and job description analysis
- Administer short-term incentive programs, including calculations, audits, and reporting
- Assist with long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plan administration
- Maintain compensation data and participate in surveys and reporting
- Serve as an internal consultant to HR and business leaders on compensation programs
- Perform compensation analytics: wage trends, incentive ROI, and benchmarking
- Support annual merit increases and other reward initiatives
- Collaborate on training, communications, and compliance related to compensation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of compensation analysis experience (Senior Analyst considered: 5 years)
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, charts, data analysis)
- Experience with large datasets and data-driven decision making
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Workday experience is a plus
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
