Superintendent – Warehouse / Industrial Construction
A well established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee warehouse and industrial construction projects throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations on warehouse and industrial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Lead jobsite meetings and maintain communication with project teams
- Monitor project progress and resolve field issues as they arise
Qualifications
- 5 years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
- Experience leading warehouse and/or industrial construction projects required
- Ground-up experience preferred
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites throughout Pennsylvania

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
