A leading manufacturer in Phoenixville, PA is currently seeking a Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring customer accounts, applying adjustments and reconciliations.

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Essential Functions
- Collection calls and/or correspondence in a goal-oriented collections department.
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
- Reconcile customer disputes to obtain payment of outstanding balances that are due
- Internal and External customer interface
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for past due accounts.
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales/service departments regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of collections experience
- Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience a plus
- Technically skilled in Microsoft applications and accounting software
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
