Base Salary: $90,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 with Bonus Potential

A leading and well-established electrical distribution company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and elevate branch warehouse operations.

The Opportunity

This role will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including:

• Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse associates and drivers

• Managing hiring, onboarding, performance management, and discipline in partnership with HR

• Scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce planning

• Driving productivity, quality, and customer service metrics

• Overseeing inventory management, physical counts, cycle counts, and variance reconciliation

• Coordinating inventory transfers across multiple branches

• Optimizing warehouse layout, floor space utilization, and operational flow

• Managing receiving, shipping, and pulling orders operations

• Supporting last-mile delivery coordination and fleet management activities

• Enforcing safety procedures and company policies

• Ensuring equipment maintenance and warehouse security

• Driving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives

This position reports directly to branch leadership and plays a critical role in operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of warehouse leadership experience

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in a leadership capacity

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of 20 employees

• Experience with receiving, order pulling, inventory management, and cycle counting

• Exposure to fleet management and last-mile delivery operations preferred

• Experience managing multi-location or multi-branch coordination

• Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making skills

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Background

• Electrical supply, industrial distribution, construction materials, or related distribution industry experience strongly preferred
