Growth Marketer

You’re a creative, data-driven, and energetic marketer who’s excited to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup in a career-defining role. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves – no task is too small when it helps move the company forward.

Min. 1 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, ideally with experience reaching product, design, or marketing teams. Consulting experience (management, strategy, or growth) is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Acquisition strategy: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (ABM, AEO/SEO, SEM, social, growth hacks) to drive qualified leads.
• Content & storytelling: Launch high-impact content – webinars, case studies, blog posts, white papers – that showcase Listen’s value and voice.
• Growth experimentation: Ideate and implement rapid-testing frameworks to identify and scale the most effective acquisition channels.
• Marketing operations: Set up attribution, analytics, and dashboards to measure performance and inform decisions with data.
• Product-led growth: Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance viral loops, in-product engagement, and conversion flows.
• Cross-functional alignment: Work with Heads of Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.
