- Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing Ops to align on ICP, messaging, pipeline goals, and campaign priorities.
- 0→1 growth foundations: Build the core playbooks, systems, and processes that will anchor Listen’s growth engine from the ground up.
- You’re highly data-driven, comfortable digging into dashboards, spreadsheets, and attribution to uncover insights and guide decisions.
- You’re fluent in modern marketing tools like Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker/Mode, Webflow, and others.
- You’re customer-obsessed, always thinking about the ICP, their journey, and how to reach them with the right message at the right time.
