What you’ll do:
- Build the dashboards, events, and instrumentation you need to understand activation, usage, and drop off points across the customer journey.
- Design and ship experiments that move activation, conversion and retention. This will include landing pages, SEO pages, emails, lifecycle nudges, and anything that helps people get value faster.
- Build the foundations of our growth function: processes, surfaces, and systems that can help us learn faster and compound wins over time.
- Work closely with sales, product, and engineering to share learnings, align on priorities, and support both self-serve and enterprise growth.
- High data fluency: strong with event design, instrumentation, dashboards, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
- Extremely organized and execution driven: you move quickly, manage experiments cleanly and close loops.
- Product intuition: experience thinking through user journeys, activation, and how features drive behavior.
- Comfortable building small features, landing pages, or growth tooling yourself
- Motivated to build the growth function and shape how Krea reaches and converts creatives.
- Openness to sponsoring international candidates (e.g., STEM OPT, OPT, H-1B, O-1, E-3).
