Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Receptionist to support a busy office environment with approximately 90 staff members. This role serves as the first point of contact for callers and visitors and plays a key role in maintaining smooth front-office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while handling sensitive and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, accurately directing callers to appropriate staff members.
Greet, welcome, and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform confidential records management, file maintenance, and case copying.
Use judgment and problem-solving skills to determine the most appropriate assistance for callers and visitors.
Support general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
