How You'll Contribute :

Reporting to the Clinical Director the Receptionist performs a broad range of phone coverage and administrative duties to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of the office during their hours of work.

The Receptionist is responsible for effective and customer-oriented telephone reception, as well administrative support, for the organization.

What You'll Bring:

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a business or secretarial curriculum preferred, high school degree required.
• Minimum one year of direct or strongly related experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Demonstrated skill managing communications and coordinating activities in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Automated word processing/excel/computer data entry skills required.
• Must be able to handle confidential information (according to HIPAA and privacy regulations) with integrity and maturity.

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.
