Die Repair Technician – Direct Hire
$5,000–$10,000 New Hire Bonus | Pay up to $32/hr (based on experience) | 3rd Shift

Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | On-site

About the Role:
We are seeking a Die Repair Technician to join our manufacturing team in Twinsburg, OH. This direct hire position includes a competitive hourly pay rate and a new hire bonus of $5,000–$10,000. Relocation assistance may be available.
Responsibilities:

Repair, rebuild, and maintain casting and trim dies per original specifications.

Transport, clean, disassemble, repair, and reassemble dies using lift trucks, die cleaning equipment, and cranes.

Build and replace segments, cores, details, and parts from blueprints.

Polish and grind die cavity surfaces as required.

Troubleshoot tooling problems and perform maintenance or repairs as needed.

Perform welding duties in both the foundry and Die Repair Department.

Complete work orders, records, and sign-offs accurately.

Train new employees as needed.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or Associate’s degree, trade/technical school, or journeyperson certificate preferred.

Up to 2 years of relevant training or on-the-job experience required.

Ability to read blueprints and perform skilled die repair tasks.

Experience with polishing, grinding, and welding dies.

Tool & Die Repair Journeyman Papers are a plus but not required.
