Overview:
A manufacturing facility in the New Baltimore area is looking for an experienced Molding Process Technician to join their team on 1st shift. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in injection molding who can set up, troubleshoot, and optimize molding processes to support efficient production and high-quality output.
Responsibilities:

Set up and start injection molding machines and related equipment.

Adjust molding parameters to maintain consistent quality and reduce downtime.

Perform mold changes and resolve molding issues as they arise.

Work with maintenance and engineering to troubleshoot equipment and improve processes.

Complete necessary production and quality documentation.

Follow safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean work environment.
Requirements:

Experience in injection molding, preferably in an automotive or high-volume environment.

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
