- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install production and packaging equipment
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance per schedules and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Use tools and machinery including lathes, grinders, welders, and mills
- Maintain logbooks and ensure quality, GMP, and safety compliance
- Assist with monitoring boilers, HVAC, air compressors, refrigeration, and more
- Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete required paperwork and maintain clean workspaces
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Must pass Maintenance Aptitude Test
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in cold environments (35–40°F)
- Basic computer and math skills
- Must be able to work assigned shifts, including mandatory overtime and weekends
- 8-hour shifts 2:15PM - 11:30PMÂ
- Monday–Friday, with potential overtime and weekend hours
