Schedule: 20 hours, Flexible Monday through Friday 8am-6pm

We’re looking for a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Therapist to join our Outpatient Services team. Under the guidance of the Supervisor of Outpatient SUD Services, you’ll play a vital role in delivering trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and evidence-based care to individuals seeking support for substance use challenges.
What You’ll Do

Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions with a person-centered, solution-focused approach

Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing progress reviews

Deliver evidence-based interventions

Coordinate care with professionals, social service agencies, and community partners

Lead psycho-educational classes/groups on topics like substance use and behavior management

Respond to crises with compassion and professionalism

Keep accurate, timely documentation in our electronic health record system

Stay current by completing required trainings (ASAM, MSHN, and more)
