3rd Shift Crisis Professional
Join the LifeWays Crisis Services team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Crisis Services, the Crisis Professional provides compassionate, trauma-informed support to help individuals achieve crisis stabilization, recovery, and greater independence.
What You’ll Do
- Provide crisis intervention and support in both community and onsite settings
- Assist individuals with accessing community resources and services
- Support inpatient placement coordination and follow-up care
- Observe and communicate behavioral or mental health changes to clinical staff
- Provide crisis transportation and assist with support groups as needed
- Help maintain a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment
- Complete administrative and team support tasks as assigned
Salary : $54,618 - $68,091
